When I finish writing this post, I’m going to hold my finger over the button so I can publish it at exactly the right moment. As you can see, the date is 02-22 in 2022 and, just because I can, I’m going to make it live at 2:22 pm!

US and Canadian news has been calling it TWOS-day (get it?) and, of course, they point out we’ll never see this again.

Which is kind of like the real estate market in this area, right now. I really do wonder if we’ll see anything like this again. As North America moves clear of the pandemic, people are once again looking to travel. Economic confidence appears to be rising, and it almost seems that everybody wants to come to the Papagayo area, centered on Playas del Coco.

Our phones and email are running hot with people looking for apartments and homes to buy and, as a result, it’s getting harder and harder to find that perfect property for your needs.

In fact, as Lauren pointed out in her recent blog post, it’s almost easier to buy something that’s not quite ideal and then have it remodeled to make it exactly right for your needs.

But here’s the message I want to share: if you have EVER been thinking of buying a home or apartment in Coco, Hermosa, or in nearby areas, you really DO need to hurry. I would never before imagine running out of properties to sell but, as I said, I don’t think we’ll ever see this again!
